Reading Craze

When I was younger I was an avid reader.  I've always been a good reader and have enjoyed it, however, with high school comes a lot of work and responsibility.  The last few years I've found myself slipping from reading a lot to going months and months without picking up a book.  Part of this, I think, is because of all the school books I'm forced to read.  After reading countless facts in a textbook, I'm not exactly in the mood to pick up a 500 page book.
This summer I have renewed my interest in reading.  I've been up to almost a book a day.  I'm not reading super long books, however, mostly old, forgotten 100-200 page novels, but still I feel accomplished that I am finally back to enjoying and savoring books.
