Getting Through Death
I usually try to avoid subjects such as death and illness because of the negative emotions they cause, but there's no denying that they are common and unwelcome occurrences in our everyday lives. Although we don't like it we will always be facing or watching someone face the death of a family member or friend or illness of a loved one. There's no stopping it, it's life.
But there's ways to focus on other things and live life one day at a time. Instead of feeling like there's nothing, but bad news, look on the bright side and watch all the wonderful things that you see happening when you do! You'll be surprised how many people are willing to cheer you up when you grieving and how many good things happen everyday. Try it :)
