Best Friends since 5th Grade

My best friend since 5th grade, Emily!
You've probably seen her in a few of my previous blog posts before.  Well I'd just like to tell you all a little about our relationship and how much it means to me.
Emily and I met when we were in Girl Scouts.  We shared a hotel room together and realized that we lived in the same neighborhood!  I used to love walking or riding my bike to her house, but a lot has happened since our middle school years.  In the summer before our freshman year I moved 10 hours away and lived that far away for 2 years.  I was worried that only seeing her once during those two years we wouldn't have as much fun together, but it seems like we've picked up right where we left off in 2009.  Through all the moves and things that have happened to us, we have remained as close as ever and are maybe even closer now then we were back then.  I feel like I can talk to her about anything and everything and that she'll have my back no matter what.  There is a special place in my heart for people like her.  Love you Em!
