Goodbye Dorm

Before my Roommate and I had to put our room back to how it was when we moved in, I took some pictures.  It is amazing that one year of college has come and gone.  This dorm was my home from August to May.  It became comfortable to me.  It will be weird going back and not living here again.  But at least, I will always have photos to remember it by, photos to remind me of my first year of college.  And if you haven't experienced your freshman year of college yet, it truly is a life-changing experience.  You will have tremendous ups, but also many downs.  But, hopefully, as I have, you will learn tons about yourself along with others.  And without further ado, here is where I lived my freshman year:

Living in a dorm room and having a roommate and suitemates taught me a lot.  Living in a dorm hall is such an interesting experience.  It is truly one that I will never forget.  As much as I grew to get comfort from my dorm room, returning home was very welcoming.  Having a bigger bed and being able to cuddle with my cat are positives for sure.  Through all the ups and downs of dorm living, I know I have come out stronger and smarter.  I have learned valuable lessons on sharing space.  Living with others, especially strangers is definitely something that I don't think anyone is truly prepared for.  I am grateful for what my dorm has taught me.  I will miss you Regina 144.  I will also miss all who have touched my heart in Regina, especially those on 1st West.
