Happy 10th Birthday Mimi!

I thought of my Mimer a lot last Saturday on her 10th birthday.  I wished her lots of Frisbees and tennis balls and my Mom sent me pictures of the birthday girl.  It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since we picked up the little ball of energy that is Mimi.  I still remember riding in the car with her, puppy breath in my face and excitement in my heart.  Watching her grow up is truly something I treasure now as she gets older and I couldn't be more honored to have matured right along beside her.  She has to be the most well-mannered dog I have ever met and her passion for life is something I wish more humans had.  I'm missing your sweet border collie face today and every day.  See you this weekend my graceful little ray of sunshine.
