Writing for Happiness and Health

I found this article the other day and thought I would share it with you all.  It really hit home with me because it discusses how writing can make you happier, improve your grades, and help you deal with issues in your life.  For me personally, writing has giving me an outlet to express myself as well as sort through issues in my life.  Sometimes I find myself thinking about things in a new way and discovering things about myself I probably would have never uncovered before.  I strongly suggest sitting down and writing in a blog, a diary, or even writing stories or poems.  It really is a great therapy and fun hobby to have.
